Accessing Services
Gratiot Integrated Health Network is here to help you or your family get mental health and substance use services. You can walk in or call us Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. One of our access coordinators will talk with you, ask a few questions, and set up a 2-hour intake appointment.
At the intake appointment, we’ll learn more about your needs, check if you qualify for services, and help connect you to the right care. Your health and well-being are important to us, and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Cost of Services
The cost of services depends on your insurance, income, and what you can afford. We will not turn anyone away if they cannot pay. Some services are paid for by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
