Accessing Services
At Gratiot Integrated Health Network, we are here to support you or your family members in accessing mental health and substance use disorder services. Simply walk-in or call us during our operating hours, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Our dedicated access coordinators will greet you, conduct a brief screening, and then schedule a 2-hour intake appointment. During this appointment, we will assess your service eligibility, gather necessary information, and provide appropriate referrals for the services you need. Your well-being is our priority, and we are committed to helping you on your journey towards better mental health and well-being.
Immediate assistance is available through Mental Health Crisis Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by calling (989)463-4971.
Fees are determined by your insurance coverage, annual income, and ability to pay for services. Services will not be denied due to financial limitations. Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability services are funded in part by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
